March 27, 2018: State BJP unit has congratulated the Biplab Deb led Government for taking step forward in implementing recommendations of the 7th CPC for the State Government employees. In a press meet today, State BJP general secretary Pratima Bhowmik said, State Government employees were deprived during CPM regime, no pay commission was formed after the 4th Commission in Tripura. The Left Government’s negative attitude towards State government employees resulted in long deprivation.
“Before the 2018 Assembly election, BJP mounted pressure on Left Government and organized mass agitation demanding implementation of 7th CPC. BJP leaders promised to implement the recommendations of the 7th CPC and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, All India BJP president Amit Shah and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley also assured the State Government employees’ about implementation of the 7th CPC commission, if BJP voted to power”, Pratima Bhowmik said.
