June 18, 2018: In Jammu & Kashmir, two more unidentified terrorists were killed in an ongoing counter-terror operation at north Kashmir’s Bandipora district Monday morning. With this, the death toll of terrorists in the operation has reached four.
Security sources told AIR that a fresh gunfight broke out between the terrorists and the joint team of army and Para Commandos in the Panar forest after inputs about the presence of large group of unidentified terrorists in the area.
Last week, two unidentified terrorists were killed and an army soldier was martyred in the operation. The operation started on 9th of this month following terrorist attack on army patrolling party in the area.
Sources said, during the period the joint team of forces and terrorists exchanged intermittent firing several times. More details area awaited. (AIR News)
