The day began with the hoisting of the national flag by Aparna Nath, Sabhadhipati of the North Tripura District Zilla Parishad. The event was graced by several notable figures, including Mihir Ranjan Nath, Chairman of Kadamtala Panchayat Samiti; Rupali Adhikari, Councillor of Dharmanagar Municipal Council; Nirjala Das, Ganganagar Gram Panchayat Pradhan; Sanjay Das, Member of Bishnupur Gram Panchayat; Devendra Kumar Varma, Assistant Commandant of BSF 97 BN; and Shilpi Nath, Vice-president of the Udbhabani Samajik Sanstha.
