Former Tripura CM Biplab Kumar Deb mingles with people, elders shower affections, blessings

While the city is set to witness poll battles in 6-Agartala and 8-Bordowali Assembly Constituencies, Former Chief Minister of Tripura and BJP MLA of Banamalipur constituency- Biplab Kumar Deb met the people of his constituency on Wednesday. Deb held intense and emotional interactions with people of different ages.  Senior citizens showered their affections and blessings on him.

 

Taking to social media, Deb wrote, “I share a special bond with the people of Banamalipur. Today, I interacted with senior citizens and karyakartas of my constituency Banamalipur. Took their suggestions on various matters which will help me to serve better. Always thankful for the overwhelming support & blessings.”

 

Biplab-Kumar-Deb-Tripura-former-CM-People-affectionMeanwhile, an eve, who will exercise her democratic right for the first time in 2023 polls, broke into tears while interacting with the elected representative of Banamalipur constituency. Deb added that such love and affection would drive him to serve the people of the state till his last breath.

 

Deb also met the family of BJP Prishta Pramukh Makhan Saha, who passed away recently. He assured of making arrangements for treatment of Saha’s ailing wife.

 

Earlier on the day, Deb offered puja at Mata Tripura Sundari temple in Udaipur of Gomati district. During his Matabari visit, Deb also had interactions with the local BJP karyakartas and Vivekananda Vichar Mancha activists.

 

Later, he took to social media, “Today offered puja to Mata Tripura Sundari at Matabari temple. I will continue to serve the people of the state throughout my life. With the blessings of Mata Tripura Sundari, I could serve the people as Chief Minister. The state now has a positivity that was not there before. And no one can stop a state that has positivity. I believe, our state will march ahead under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.” 

 

He also visited Anukul Thakur Ashram and attended prayer.

 

Deb after arriving in Agartala from Delhi on June 6 last, attended rallies and accompanied BJP nominated candidate for 8-Bordowali seat. Later, he went to Jubarajnagar and attended a rally in support of BJP candidate Malina Debnath as well as held public meeting in her support. On both the occasion, Deb huge applauds.
