Jammu and Kashmir: Eight terrorists killed in separate encounters

April 01, 2018: In Jammu & Kashmir, eight terrorists were killed in two separate encounters with security forces in South Kashmir today.

Seven terrorists were killed in Dragad area of Shopian district. All of them are locals. Two army soldiers and as many civilians also lost their lives in the district.

Another terrorist was killed during a gunfight at Peth Dialgam area of Anantnag district. State Police Chief S P Vaid informed that one terrorist surrendered. (AIR News)
