The State Government’s plea on 10323 terminated teachers is likely to come up in the Supreme Court on July 27 for hearing. Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath said this while speaking at a blood donation camp organized by ‘All Tripura 10323 Victimized Teachers Organization’ in Khowai Town hall today.
Nath said, as the Government’s appeal is likely to be heard at the Apex Court of July 27 – it would not be wise to pass comment now on the issue of 10323 terminated teachers.

Expressing hope, the Minister said, the Supreme Court had collected all the cases pertaining to 10323 teachers and we expect that something good will happen to these teachers. “Whatever be the verdict is delivered – the State Government is with you. We are accountable to you. If necessary we would make changes in recruitment policy”, Nath said. However, he cautioned everyone and said to the members, “You must stay alert as a section is actively trying to create confusion”.
