Founder of Slim & Fit Institute, Dr. Yogacharya Lipika Saha, welcomed the guests and thanked participants for supporting the institute over the past 15 years.

She said the institute has steadily expanded its activities by combining traditional yoga practices with modern technology. According to Dr. Saha, the institute now offers online yoga training, enabling students from different parts of India and abroad to participate.

Speaking to Enewstime, she said several foreign nationals are attending online classes.

“Our training programme is no longer limited to Agartala. We have upgraded our online facilities so that students from different locations, including countries like Australia, can learn yoga and experience its benefits,” she said.

Dr. Saha added that the institute remains committed to making yoga accessible to people regardless of their location.
