The party invited elected village committee members and candidates who lost the village committee and Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) elections. It also felicitated its winning candidates.

IPFT Reviews Election Performance

Noatia said IPFT had contested the 2026 village committee elections across Tripura. He described electoral participation as an important part of the party’s role as a regional political force.

The party fielded candidates in different parts of the state. The seminar brought these candidates together to discuss party affairs and future activities.

IPFT also recognised candidates who won their seats. The leadership congratulated them for their electoral success.

The programme served as a platform for party workers and supporters to interact with senior leaders. Participants travelled from different parts of Tripura to attend the meeting.

Noatia said the party would continue to review its activities. It would also discuss ways to improve its organisational effectiveness.

Party to Strengthen Grassroots Organisation

IPFT plans to intensify its organisational activities after the Puja season. The party will focus on district, subdivision and block-level units.

It will also work to strengthen its grassroots network.

Noatia said party leaders would remain active in their respective areas after the festivities. They would undertake organisational activities and work to expand the party’s reach.

The leadership will review the party’s activities and decide on further steps. It aims to make the organisation more effective at every level.

The minister said the seminar provided an opportunity to discuss these priorities. Party leaders, candidates, workers and supporters took part in the discussions.
