Agartala, January 31, 2019: The fourth Session of 12th Assembly will commence on February 22, an official release said. It is expected that Finance Minister Jishnu Dev Varman will present his 2nd Budget for 2019-2020 Financial Year in this session.
As per the government press release, Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki has called the Session in exercise of power conferred by section 1 of Paragraph 174 in the Indian Constitution.
