Tripura: Two nabbed with 12gm Heroin, cash

Agartala, February 20, 2019: Tripura Police arrested two persons with drugs and cash money in Teliamura under Khowai district at the wee hours of Tuesday. Local sources said, total 12 gm Heroin and cash Rs 35000 were seized from the possession of two youths – Dipak Das (34) of Rajnagar village in Teliamura and Ebel Hrankhal (23) of Narayanpur under Gandachhera subdivision.

It is learnt, local people caught duo red-handed at Hrankhal Para, Rangamura village under Teliamura. The youths were allegedly selling drugs. Later, Police rescued the duo from the clutches of angry villagers and brought them to Police station along with seized items.
