Tripura: Sabroom soon to be Indian Railway map

Agartala, June 24, 2019: Stage is almost ready for trial runs along Belonia-Sabroom rail route in South Tripura – and after getting clearance from the Commissioner of Rail Safety (CRS), passenger train services will begin from Sabroom station. The CRS inspection is set to be conducted on June 29. Meanwhile, initial inspection runs were conducted and three inspecting rail engines arrived in Sabroom station on late Sunday night. Already, passenger trains are running upto Belonia in South Tripura – and people are keenly waiting for the day when the Southern most part of the State – Sabroom will find its place Indian railway map.
