Manik Sarkar on custodial death

Later, speaking to media, Manik Sarkar alleged that voice of opposition was being oppressed. On being prevented from seeking a clarification on Chief Minister’s statement over the custodial death, Manik Sarkar said, a member of the House has the right to raise a point of clarification. If the matter is sub-judice and non-admissible to be discussed in the Assembly as to why the calling attention is not rejected after being submitted. Even, the deputy speaker could have given a bulletin on the issue.
