With the objective of identifying ways to promote Tripura’s tourist destinations to both domestic and international travellers, Tourism Minister of the State, Sushanta Chowdhury, chaired a meeting with representatives from numerous tour operators and hotel and resort organizations to discuss reviving the state’s tourism industry, which was severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
