BJP launching week long micro-level outreach programme 'Ghar Ghar BJP' in Tripura on Nov 27

The ruling BJP in Tripura will start week long micro-level outreach programme from Sunday (November 27) in all 60 Assembly constituencies across the State. Recently, BJP completed it ‘Booth Vijoy’ programme. With a focus on more intense outreach programme, the ruling party functionaries would launch the micro-level outreach programme -  ‘Ghar Ghar BJP’ - in every Assembly seats across the State.

 

Announcing the programme in a press meeting, BJP State president Rajib Bhattacharjee detailed about the programme. He said, the week long ‘Ghar Ghar BJP’ programme will start from November 27 and will continue till December 3 next.

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha, Tripura Pradesh BJP in-charge Dr. Mahesh Sharma and party’s general secretary (org) for Assam and Tripura units- Phanindranath Sharma were also present in the press conference.

 

Micro-outreach-programme-Ghar-Ghar-BJP-TripuraDuring this door-to-door outreach programme, party leaders and functionaries would meet the household members with the report card relating to the performance of the BJP government.

 

Rajib Bhattacharjee also pointed out November 27 being the last Sunday of the month; it is also the day of Prime Minister’s Mann Ki Baat programme.

 

“BJP has decided to make it a mega Mann Ki Baat programme in which  about 7000 activists in each constituency area across the State would gather at a specific place at 11 am on Sunday (Nov 27) and attend the Mann Ki Baat programme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After the programme is over, at 12 pm, the week-long initiative of ‘Ghar Ghar BJP’ campaign would begin in all the constituencies. 

 

Speaking to the media, Dr Manik Saha pointed out that report card would contain information on constitution-wise works. It will include state and central project implementations as well.

 

In reply to an alliance related query, the Chief Minister said BJP is still in alliance with the IPFT and at present, the party has no plan to severe the tie. He said media would be informed in case of any further development on the alliance issue.   

 

He reiterated that Law and Order situation in Tripura is much better compared to 2018 – there was not a single political murder in the State during the last almost five years after BJP came into power in 2018. He also pointed out that overall crime rate is also declining.

 

He also reiterated his government’s ‘zero tolerance’ policy in handling the drug menace. Dr Shah hailed the Police’s role in achieving the Nesha Mukt Tripura.

 

“At present, we are readying up to reaching to people in more effective way in all the constituencies and garner people’s support.
