Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, whose membership in the Lok Sabha had been reinstated earlier today, made his way into the Lok Sabha chamber accompanied by his mother Sonia Gandhi and a group of fellow party members.
His arrival took place well before the scheduled time of 12 p.m., when the House had been adjourned earlier in the morning.
Rahul Gandhi's entrance into the chamber was guided by fellow Congress leaders, who were heard chanting the slogans, "Jodo Jodo Bharat Jodo!" (Unite, Unite, India Unite!).
Upon taking his seat, Rahul Gandhi was warmly greeted by his mother with a kiss. Members of various opposition parties, including Danish Ali from the BSP, as well as representatives from the Samajwadi Party, NCP, DMK, and Trinamool Congress, among others, approached his seat to extend their greetings.
Once the session resumed, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey brought up the issue of a news organization reportedly receiving aid from China, referencing a news report.
In response, BJP MPs began to chant the slogan "Congress China Bhai Bhai!" (Congress and China are Brothers), prompting Congress and other opposition members to join them in the Well of the House.
Amidst the ensuing commotion, Kirit Solanki, presiding over the session, adjourned the House until 2 p.m. (Edited)
