Tripura Minister calls for support to make Divyangjan self-reliant

Those who are lagging behind in society need to be brought to the forefront. Without the development of all, it will not be possible to build a 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat'. Divyangjan also need to be supported to become self-reliant. Keeping this objective in mind, the Central and State Governments are implementing various schemes.

This was stated by Power Minister Ratanlal Nath while inaugurating the Divya Kala Mela organized at Shishu Udyan this afternoon. The six-day fair has been organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment at Shishu Udyan. Divyangjan artists from different states are participating in the fair with their products. Such fairs are being organized in different cities of the country to market their products and encourage them.

Inaugurating the fair, Power Minister Ratanlal Nath said that earlier no one thought of organizing such fairs. It is only due to the thinking of Prime Minister Narendra Modi that such fairs are being organized. We always say 'Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas'.

The country will not develop if only some people progress. All people have to progress. The Power Minister said that the effort is to create entrepreneurs, skilled artists and self-reliant people among Divyangjan.

Speaking on the occasion, he also highlighted the various schemes of the state government for the welfare of Divyangjan. He expressed hope that with everyone's cooperation, it will be possible to build a 'Ek Tripura Shreshtha Tripura' and 'Atmanirbhar Bharat'.

Social Welfare and Social Education Minister Tinku Roy said there has been a tremendous change in the country in various fields after Narendra Modi took over as Prime Minister. India is at the top in many areas. He highlighted various developmental works in the Social Welfare and Social Education Department and the various schemes of the state government for the welfare of Divyangjan.

On the occasion, the guests distributed various assistive devices to the selected Divyangjan. CMD of NDDFC, Naveen Shah welcomed everyone and spoke at the inaugural ceremony.
