Tripura News: TBJEE results announced, Ishita Das top scores both in PCM, PCB
Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) announced the results on Saturday.
Ishita Das (roll no- 0226) topped both the PCM and PCB groups. In the PCM group, the second and third positions were secured by Nabarun Bhattacharjee (roll no- 1782) and Maanjit Majumder (roll no- 3482) respectively while in PCB group, Souradeep Das (roll no- 2316) and Nabarun Bhattacharjee (roll no- 1782) ranked second and third.
While announcing the results, TBJEE chairman G. Chel said that the joint entrance was held on August 24. He said, total 1560 candidates in PCM group and 3081 candidates in PCB had appeared in the entrance examinations this year. There were total 3788 applicants in this year out of which 2384 were General, 726 were ST while number of SC candidates was 678.
