Tripura Pradesh BJP executive meeting kicks off month-long PR blitz on PM Modi's Welfare Works

The State Executive meeting of Tripura Pradesh BJP was held at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Higher Secondary School in Charilam, under Sepahijala District, on Monday. The meeting, attended by 180 delegates from across the state, marked the launch of a month-long public relations campaign.

The meeting gained significance in light of former Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb's recent remarks about "outsiders' influence," which raised concerns within the party. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha was asked about the discontent within the party and Deb's comments on external influences.

BJP-Tripura-Manik-Saha-BiplabDr. Saha, choosing a cautious approach, refrained from directly addressing the remarks made by others.

Instead, he emphasized the unity and strength of the party, stating that the party remains united from the grassroots level to the state leadership level.

The Chief Minister reiterated that the Bharatiya Janata Party is a large family, and its functionaries are close friends. He acknowledged the collective efforts of thousands of party members, which resulted in the formation of a welfare-oriented BJP government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with massive public support in two consecutive Lok Sabha elections.

With the upcoming Lok Sabha polls in mind, Dr. Saha expressed confidence in the ideology of the Bharatiya Janata Party and its ability to reach every household with greater enthusiasm through the mantra of "Prosperity from public relations."

Key attendees at the State Executive meeting included Tripura's Chief Minister, Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, state BJP president Rajib Bhattacharya, senior leader Jishnu Dev Varma, Union Minister of State Pratima Bhowmik, MP Rebati Tripura, along with state cabinet members, BJP functionaries, and various front functionaries.

Tripura-Pradesh-BJP-Manik-Saha-RajibRajib Bhattacharya, in his welcome speech, underscored the party's commitment to discipline. The meeting served as a crucial platform for discussing the party's recent activities and upcoming programs, contributing to its significance.

The leaders engaged in intensive discussions on the government's various initiatives and strategies for strengthening the organization ahead of the forthcoming elections.

During the meeting, particular attention was given to highlighting the significant infrastructure developments that transpired during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's tenure. These included the enhancement of rail connectivity between India and Tripura, the inauguration of Agartala Airport as the largest airport in the North Eastern region, and the progress made towards establishing an International Airport. Furthermore, the initiation of work on nine national highways and the assistance provided to over three lakh poor families under the Awas Yojana were recognized and appreciated.

The primary objective of the State Executive meeting was to bring public attention to the extensive initiatives undertaken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the welfare of the people, with a specific focus on Tripura. The Party will showcase the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's nine years in office and emphasize the welfare work done for Tripura.

As the month-long public relations campaign unfolds, the Tripura Pradesh BJP aims to highlight the transformative work carried out by the Prime Minister, portraying it as a testament to the party's commitment to public welfare. With the upcoming elections on the horizon, the BJP is poised to present its accomplishments and reach out to the citizens of Tripura with renewed vigor and enthusiasm.
