The much-anticipated teaser for the upcoming film ‘Ishq-E-Nadaan’ starring Lara Dutta and Neena Gupta has recently been released, creating a buzz among audiences.
This film marks the reunion of veteran actress Neena Gupta and Kanwaljeet Singh, who shared the screen in the highly popular drama series ‘Saans’ after a significant hiatus.
Expressing her excitement about working with her former ‘Saans’ co-star once again, Neena Gupta shared, “It’s been a very, very long time since I worked with Kanwaljeet Singh, and we don’t even meet socially, so we haven’t seen each other for quite some time.
But our rapport is so good that it didn’t feel like we hadn’t seen each other or worked together in so many years.”
She further added, “We were completely at ease with each other. This is something beautiful between him and me – we share a great comfort level.
Both of us have a good command of Hindi, so we would just look at the scene and improvise. That’s what we used to do in ‘Saans’ as well.”
Neena Gupta also praised the director, stating, “The director was very open and accommodating, and we had a lovely time on set. We joked around and it was a wonderful experience. I wish I could work with him more. Although things may have changed with the advent of digital platforms, as actors, the essence remains the same. It was a delightful experience, just like it was during ‘Saans’.”
