Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha directed the State Traffic Police to make sure that people do not face any trouble during the movement of VIP Convoy.
On another note, Dr Saha also hailed the Prime Minister on completion of 8-years in power.
Dr Manik Saha stressed on disciplined movement of vehicles as well as pedestrians for the comfort of people. Taking to the social media, the Chief Minister wrote, โThe state government is sincere towards the overall benefit of the people of the state in the movement of vehicles including pedestrians. In order to move in an orderly and well-regulated manner, the comfort of the people must be given priorityโ.
He also directed the traffic police to ensure that people do not face any hassle when VIP convoys move. Dr Saha, in a Facebook post, wrote, โThe traffic police on duty have been asked to keep a close watch and ensure that the public does not face any unnecessary harassment or difficult situation during the movement of VIP convoyโ.
Meanwhile, Dr Manik Saha lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for completing eight years in power. In a Facebook post, Tripura Chief Minister wrote, โIndia is now heading on the path of self-reliance under the able leadership of our Adarniya Prime Minister Shriย Narendra Modiย Ji. A wave of overall development started in India 8 years ago which still continuesโ.
โOver the last eight years, India has witnessed many positive steps for the welfare of the people, including housing for the poor, drinking water in every household and financial assistance to increase the income of farmers. I am very grateful to the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji for his selfless and continuous efforts in the interest of the people of the countryโ, Dr Saha commented.
