TU employee dies from cancer

July 28, 2017: An employee of Tripura University died from cancer on July 26 at Chennai. The deceased, Sunita Debbarma was 31 years old. She joined Tripura University in 18 May 2016 as Laboratory Assistant in Botany department.

In her brief tenure, she impressed concerned persons and touched their hearts. As the report of her demise reached, a pall of gloom descended in the campus.

In a statement, concerned authority stated, Tripura University deeply mourns her untimely death and offers condolences to bereaved family members.
