Her father Ranjit Bhowmik works as a teacher at Radhakishore Institution, Kailashahar. Her mother Sanchita Ghosh is a science teacher at Ramakrishna Shiksha Pratishthan, Kailashahar.

The family lives in the Durgapur area of Kailashahar in Tripura.
