Agartala, April 17, 2019: Mahavir’s Janma Jaynati was celebrated by Jain Community at Bhagwan Mahavir Jain Temple today. Large number of Jain people of Tripura arrived at Jain Temple under Mahavir Religious Trust.
And they celebrated the Janma Jayanti in a grand manner as celebrated throughout India and abroad.
Since morning puja, archana and prasad distribution were held and people paid homage to 24th Tirthankar Mahavir for his great principles for the betterment and welfare of humanity. Mahavir believed in satya, Ahinsa, Aparigrah, Brahmacharya and let live and others to Live.
Shri Hira Lal Jain founder Trustee of Mahavir Religious Trust, on Behalf of the Jain Community of Tripura of 2618th Birth Anniversary of Bhagwan Mahavir wished great prosperity, peace and welfare of the people of Tripura.
And wished that Jain Community will involve themselves in humane service activities more and more. Tripura University also celebrated Bhagwan Mahavir Jayanti in the University campus today.
