Tripura Cong to stress Jana Sampark Abhiyan
Congress workers need to conduct focus strengthening organization through intensive Jana Sampark Abhiyan, said Tripura Pradesh Congress leaders while addressing a training camp for the party workers at Matabari in Gomati district.
The State unit of Congress held a one-day training camp for its workers in Matabari area. The training camp was inaugurated by president of Gomati District Congress Soumitra Biswas in presence of several other district and local level leaders on Thursday. Urging the participants of the camp to focus on strengthening the organization, Biswas vehemently opposed the Union Budget presented by the Union Finance Minister on February 1 last.
“We have to keep our eyes firmly focused on next Assembly polls and highlight the failures of the government in implementing welfare schemes”, Biswas commented and exuded confidence that Congress would oust BJP from the State in the upcoming Assembly polls.
Biswas also stressed intensive Jan-Sampark Abhiyan at the booth level and urged the Congress workers to point out that communalism and religious conversions are posing a threat.
