Tripura is forging ahead on the road to development. Development requires a peaceful environment. TSR jawans play a significant role in maintaining law and order and keeping a peaceful environment in the state, stated Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb in a Sainik Sanmelan on Thursday at TSR 13th Battalion Headquarter situated in Kanchanpur. There the Chief Minister was received with a Guard of Honour paid by the jawans. There he visited a blood donation camp. Then he interacted with the families of the TSR jawans. During the interaction, the Chief Minister spoke about various government schemes.

In the Sainik Sanmelan, the Chief Minister said, Tripura is now moving ahead in different ways. Emphasis has been given to the development of remote areas of the state.
