Tripura became the first state in the country to launch an online registration portal for scholarship of Scheduled Caste (SC) students, Minister for SC Welfare Bhagaban Das said on Thursday.
The SC students would be able to avail the facility of online registration through National Scholarship Portal 2.0 from the current academic session, Das said in a press conference at the civil secretariat.
