ProMASS News Bureau: Aug 23, 2016: Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting M. Venkaiah Naidu emphasised the need for credibility of the content and speed in delivery of the news by the Official Broadcaster of the country All India Radio and Doordarshan. He was addressing the officers and staff of AIR and Doordarshan today in Vijayawada during his visit to the organisations.
The Union Minister said that the news and programmes should be preserving the value systems of our country, culture and social ethos which should be passed on to our future generations. He urged the staff and members of both the organisations to maintain the standards of work culture set before us by our predecessors.
