ProMASS: DEC10,2016: Nagaland Governor P.B. Acharya has asked the State government to expedite and form Human Rights Commission as per the constitutional provision. The Governor also appealed to all stakeholders to come forward and hold discussion on the issues of human rights through political conferences, meetings, exhibitions, cultural events and debates. He suggested disseminating public awareness through various social media, posters, music, drama, dance and fine ar, to let the people know their rights. Acharya further encouraged vulnerable group such as women, minorities, youth, disabled person and indigenous people, to take part in this event of decision-making..
