5th North-East Fiesta 2024: Tripura taking part in the festival
Tripura along with other Northeastern States will take part in the 5th edition of the Northeast Fiesta 2024 organized by the North-East Students' Organization Jalandhar (NESOJ).
This event is a celebration of culture, diversity, and unity and will be held from October 25-26 at Eastwood Village, Punjab.
Like previous years, the event will showcase the vibrant cultures and traditions of the eight North Eastern states of India: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
The North-East Fiesta has been conceptualised and produced by TOTELL.
The North-East Fiesta is an annual cultural extravaganza organized by NESOJ, a student-led organization in Punjab. Since its inception, the festival has been dedicated to promoting the rich cultural heritage of India’s North-East while creating a platform for cross-cultural exchange between the North Eastern states and the rest of India. Over the past four editions, the festival has grown to become one of the most anticipated cultural events in Punjab, attracting visitors from across the country.
Northeast Fiesta welcomes all to a vibrant celebration of diversity, highlighting the rich cultures and flavors of NorthEast India and Punjab. This festival shines a spotlight on the region's traditions, arts, crafts, music, and sports. Attendees can immerse themselves in traditional dances, folk music, ethnic fashion, and experience the warm hospitality and colorful culture of the North-East.
North East Fiesta 2024 will be graced by the presence of Dr. Himanshu Agarwal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Jalandhar, along with other distinguished personalities.
