Baibhab of Tripura paints success in Peace Postering Competition
Artistic skills of Baibhab Dutta of Agartala, have, once again, excelled in an art competition held at Guwahati recently.
A student of Holycross School, Agartala Baibhab was selected for representing Tripura at ‘Peace Poster Contest’ in Guwahati. The contest was organized by Lions Club International District 322 G and it was held at a hotel in Guwahati on November 28 last. Apart from Baibhab, art- ists of Assam, Meghalaya and Mizoram also participated in the contest.
However, Baibhab of Tripura secured the first position in the competition.
“This had given him a pass to attend in ‘Multiple District’ competition of Lions Club International”, said Baibhab’s proud mother.
She also said, in Multiple District comple- tion of Lions Club, artists several other States of the country would compete and if Baibhab secures the top posi- tion in that contest, he would be selected for representing India at the International level competition.
