Khowai Aug 26: In a heartwarming display of brilliance, Ayan Debnath, a five-year-and-eight-month-old prodigy from Purba Chebri Gram Panchayat in Tripura’s Khowai subdivision, has etched his name in the International Book of Records.

This extraordinary achievement underscores that talent knows no boundaries, thriving not only in urban centers but also in the quiet corners of rural India and Tripura.

Ayan, the son of school teacher Pranajit Debnath and Tanushree Debnath, resides in the Tanti Para area of Purba Chebri.

Demonstrating exceptional intellect and focus, he recited the names of 195 countries along with their capitals in an astonishing 2 minutes and 53 seconds.

Remarkably, this is not Ayan’s first brush with record-breaking glory. At the tender age of two years and four months, he secured a place in the Indian Book of Records for a similar display of memorization prowess at the national level.

His latest achievement has sparked celebrations across Chebri and Khowai, with locals hailing the young prodigy as an inspiration. Ayan’s journey is a proof of the power of determination and talent in overcoming any challenge, proving that greatness can emerge from even the smallest villages.
