Prime Minister Narendra Modi today dedicated to the nation several rail projects at Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh and also flagged off ‘Shabd Bhedi’ super fast weekly express train from Ghazipur to Kolkata.
He also inaugurated a cargo centre of perishable commodities.The newly built centre is built at Ghazipur Ghat station. He also laid the foundation of the rail cum road bridge over ganga river on Mau Tadighat rail line. Midst of cheering crowd, he also laid foundation for Ghazipur Balia rail section doubling work.
Saying that huge investment has been made for Uttar Pradesh Rail development, Railway minister Suresh Prabhu said that it is highest in the last thirty years . Speaking on his welcome address MOS rail and MP from Gazipur thanks prime minister for providing importance and encouraging new development works in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
