Dereliction of duty will not be tolerated. There are several constraints in delivering health care services. While the State Government is working to meet the deficiencies, health workers should make maximum use of resources available for serving people, Deb said and added, Rogi Kalayan Samiti will have to play crucial role in ensuring improved services.

Notably, like other parts of the State, Coronavirus has created scare in Unakoti district. Total 52 persons tested Covid19 positive and 2 died during past 24 hours. Negligence, lack of medicine and proper medical attention were alleged to be reasons behind mounting death toll in the district.
