Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu inaugurated an exhibition, titled “A Small Piece of Paris” in Agartala on Sunday.
The "A Glimpse of Paris" exhibition stood out for its ability to bring the grandeur of the Paris Olympics to Agartala, offering a rare, firsthand connection to the global event.
Showcasing exclusive memorabilia, trophies, and honors collected by Sujit Roy, the Secretary of the Tripura Tennis Association during his Olympic visit, the exhibition uniquely bridged the local sports community with the world stage.
These items were brought together to give Agartala a taste of the grand event.

In his inaugural speech, Indrasena Reddy Nallu highlighted the importance of the Olympics on sports in the state. The exhibition attracted a noticeable attendance as it was attended by renowned former athletes, sports organizers, and sports enthusiasts from the state, including Director of Youth Welfare and Sports Department, SB Nath, the state's first Arjuna awardee, Montu Debnath, former IG of Police BK Roy, Traffic SP Manik Das, Chairman of the Tripura Olympic Association Ratan Saha, and Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation cum MLA, Deepak Majumdar.
All of them highly praised Sujit Roy's initiative to organize such an exhibition. In response, Sujit Roy expressed his gratitude to everyone. Arup Ratan Saha, Joint Secretary of the Tripura Tennis Association, thanked everyone on behalf of the association.
