Debbarman had termed Amra Bangali Party as a low category Party.

Condemning the statement, Amra Bangali leader Gouranga Rudra Pal said that Debbarma’s statement actually reflected his meanness and it also exposed his anti-Bengali stance.

Pal referred to Debbarman’s previous slogan, Puila Jati, Ulu Party and said, his politics and statements quite often conspicuously expressed his chauvinistic approach towards state politics.

The Amra Bangali Party leader also reminded Debbarma that Tripura was built with the monetary and intellectual contributions of the Bengali people. Bengali people also toiled hard in building the State. He urged not to forget this historical truth.

Gouranga Rudra Pal expressed hope that Debbarman would withdraw his statement made on Amra Bangali Party.
